The 1st - 2nd Grade edition to the series includes:
Math - Simple addition and subtraction. The math pages are split, containing a section for 1st graders. The 2nd graders will complete the entire page. A solid grounding and review of basic math foundations are our goal.
English - Grammar, sentence structure and reading comprehension are the focus. A strong emphasis on vocabulary and spelling is established in this workbook.
Health, History, Geography and Science are found throughout the workbooks with the Alaska Theme used as the tool to bring the point home.
This workbook is challenging, but we try to make it a lot of fun, also. A student retains more if he has fun while learning.
