The Kindergarten edition of the series focuses on three main ideas.
First, the students are introduced to Alaska through the coloring pages. They will see the various animals of Alaska and the geography.
Second, the students are introduced to simple letters with a phonetical approach to beginning reading and writing.
Third, the students work with numbers. The Alaska Theme is used as a tool to encourage writing the numbers. Simple addition and subtraction are focused on in this workbook.
History, science, and health are included in these three main ideas.
